What are your views on the general principles of the Bill and the need for legislation to deliver the Welsh Government’s stated policy objective (to make the Senedd a more effective legislature by ensuring it is broadly representative of the gender make-up of the population)?

I think this is a waste of time. 26 women and 34 men seems reasonable to me and certainly not such a wide gap as to be wasting all of our money doing this.

I don’t like the idea of not knowing which person I would vote for. I think that is a dreadful idea. Where the heck did that come from? It is important to me to know the person because I can judge how they present themselves and speak and make effective and fair arguments. I can listen to them speak. Are they an idiot? Or are they capable of political debate, fair reasoning etc.

also I object to the use of the word ‘gender’. Surely you mean sex? You mean this to achieve 50:50 male and female? I think if you use gender in this case it is laying the ground work for ththe woke progressive activists to use this a few years down the line to argue the case for including of necessity people who ‘identify’ as non-binary (whatever the hell that is supposed to be) or trans, or ‘queer’ (which apparently doesn’t mean gay anymore) or whatever. This is a very bad idea.

What are your views on the system of enforcement and potential sanctions for non-compliance proposed in the Bill?

I think this is absolutely shocking. And a clear and unfortunate example of the ridiculousness that is inevitable when our politicians and civil servants have been infected with post modern progressive ideologies.

Make a statement about whether they are a woman or not a woman???  Are you actually serious? I am flabbergasted at this use of language. It is ridiculous and if the people who wrote it cannot see that then they are in the wrong jobs.

Just as I am with MLK and judge people by their characters not their skin colour, because I am not a racist  I also judge people by the quality of their character not their sex. Because I’m not a sexist either.

A woman or not a woman!! This is nonsense and another very bad idea.

Are there any potential barriers to the implementation of the Bill’s provisions? If so, what are they, and are they adequately taken into account in the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum and Regulatory Impact Assessment?

Are any unintended consequences likely to arise from the Bill?

More inequality than ever before.

Wasting tax payers money on this rubbish if people properly find out then they will be cross. I doubt every welsh citizen even reads anything about what you are up to in the Senedd.

What are your views on the Welsh Government’s assessment of the financial and other impacts of the Bill?

What are your views on the balance between the information contained on the face of the Bill and what is left to subordinate legislation? Are the powers for Welsh Ministers to make subordinate legislation appropriate?

I do not even understand this question.

If you want to consult the public make it accessible for the lay person. Or should I say the ‘non politician’ and ‘non civil servant’.

Seems like you’ve got too much power - homeless on the streets desperate for help, nhs on its knees, no police force to speak of, anti israel protests causing havoc in the cities and not to mention the immigration problems we have and the pot holes I could go on….. and you are wasting time on this nonsense.

Do you have any views on matters relating to the legislative competence of the Senedd including compatibility with the European Convention on Human Rights?

Do you have any views on matters related to the quality of the legislation, or to the constitutional or other implications of the Bill?

Are there any other issues that you would like to raise about the Bill and the accompanying Explanatory Memorandum or any related matters?

Anything else?
